A Prague festival packed with fermented veggies, pickles, kimchi, and other tangy delights.

A celebration of all things fermented and pickled! Come and taste everything from classic dill pickles and sauerkraut to kimchi, pickled beetroot, carrots, baby corn, olives, and onions. The festival features tastings from top local farmers and producers, creative street food, sour drinks, and unique culinary specialties. Enjoy live music, an accompanying program, and fun competitions for both kids and adults. On offer: fermented and pickled specialties from selected local farmers and producers; traditional delicacies alongside creative culinary twists; refreshing drinks, including sour beers and original sour cocktails; tastings of pickled vegetables and delicious brine; warming soups inspired by Czech and international cuisine, such as traditional cabbage soup (zelňačka), Giant Mountains sourdough soup (kyselo), or Korean kimchi ramen.
